Pinot Grigio

The popularity of Pinot Grigio has seen increased plantings across Italy and the globe. At its best in the mountainous regions of northern Italy, where it produces a crisp and refreshing dry white with notes of acacia, almond and fresh hay. Wines from Friuli are often ‘bigger’, with rich fruit and medium bodied. The variety is the same as Pinot Gris.
