Vino Italiano will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia.

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order. You can order a single bottle, a case or mix it up as you choose.

Delivery
Vino Italiano supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under Australian law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.

We reserve the right to request identification before processing your order.

Vino Italiano ships ordrers from our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses, Tuesday to Friday. Depending on your location, we select the services of Parton Wine Distrubution, Australia Post and various logistics companies and their affiliates.  For delivery to most Australian cities, please allow three to five working days and five to seven for rural and regional areas. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card should be left to advise re-delivery options.

Please note that in extreme heat conditions we reserve the right to hold your order until such time as the weather is favourable to transport it.

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for all orders over $250*. For orders under $250, delivery charges apply. This charge (if applicable) will be applied at the time of checkout according to your post code.

Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer. Vino Italiano will issue a full refund for the goods within 7 days of receiving the intact goods.

If your order has been packed incorrectly by Vino Italiano, please notify Vino Italiano strictly within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Vino Italiano will request that you return the incorrect items in the Vino Italiano carton and we will refund the return shipping costs.
