First made in 1969, Bricco del Drago was Piedmont's
first 'Super Vino da Tavola'. Named after the vineyard site (hill
of the dragon), it is a blend of mostly Dolcetto with a little Nebbiolo. The
structure and complexity comes from the old vine and low yeilding Dolcetto
from this extraordinary vineyard, the Nebbiolo adding perfume and finesse.
Bricco del Drago may be unlike any Dolcetto you've ever tasted, but it is
unmistakenly Piedmontese and rewards long term
