Cacc’e Mmitte takes its name from an old local custom whereby a winemaking
facility would be shared amongst growers and the grapes had to ‘cacce’ (be taken
out) from the vat and ‘mmitte’(put in) the press in preparation for the next
grower. Motta del Lupo is a fresh and juicy blend of 60% Nero di Troia, 25%
Montepulciano and 15% Sangiovese.
