The 2018 Vino da Uve Autoctone is a wild, peppery and perfumed effort.
Crushed stone gives way to pretty yellow flowers laced with lemon zest, hints of
green apple and pear. It’s silky, coating all that it touches in soothing ripe
fruits, coming across as rich and textural, while balanced by salty minerals and
sour citrus. There’s a hint of something tropical here, which will surely evolve
further with time. The 2018 is truly thrilling to taste, even in this compact
and youthful state. 93 points, Eric Guido for Vinous
